CHECKERS HELDERBERG SELL ROTTEN MEAT

On 2 occasions Checkers Helderberg sold rotten meat to us. The first time we took the meat back to the shop and they just refunded our money. The second time the chicken was off when we opened the chicken it had a bad smell we contacted the store. My sister was put on hold for more than 10 minutes and then the phone was just dropped. She called back the lady that answer transferred her to the wrong person, the third call she was on hold again for more than 15 min without any luck to speak to the store manager. she sent them an email I went on there facebook page and send them a message. They rep**** the following day. Just said we must take the chicken back . They have very poor customer service for such a big retail giant. SO PLEASE DONT BUY MEAT OR CHICKEN AT CHECKERS HELDERBERG !! I even suggested to the person that took the meat when we returned it to check and see if their fridges are working propaly because he said they had other complains about rotten meat as well. They didnt even really gave an apology for their rotten meat and there is toddlers in our house if we ate from that meat we wouldve all gotten food poisoning. We use to always buy or meat at checkers cause its so clean and they have a nice variety but after this incidents no thank you.
