Checkers have zero customer centricity

I recently shopped at Checkers Southgate Mall. On entry of the Checkers store, my mum and daughter left our trolley at the parcel counter. Subsequent to that we found that our Dischem purchase was ****** out of the trolley at the Checkers parcel counter. All kinds of investigations took place by Checkers and no one from Checkers can tell me with 100% cer*****y what happened to my Dischem packet. Checkers is whining about compensating me R600 because at the time of logging the complaint I didn't mention ALL items that where in the packet. They don't seem to care that I have been a loyal customer of theirs. I will never trust Checkers in future. And you should be careful of Checkers too. One complaint to Checkers and they will try everything to save themselves from compensating you for your lose. I'm done with Checkers. Hello to other retail/grocery stores that might care about me as a person and customer.
