Checkers has not reversed my transaction in 2 weeks.

<p>I went to make a bus ticket booking at Checkers hyper (Festival mall) and after a failed payment on their side using a speed point, I paid again therefore debiting me twice. They promised to reverse the money the following day, it's been 2 weeks waiting for that reversal. This has caused such inconvenience in my life. Totally unacceptable.</p>
