Checkers: Gross negligence - foreign object in prepared meal.

On 23 August I purchased a Crab sushi bowl from Checkers FX Uitzicht. After consuming just over half of it, I found an offcut piece of plastic in the prepared meal. Gross negligence from the employee and not following Food health and safety guidelines.

I tried uploading my complaint to Checkers online platform, but no success and just "try again later"....so here I am posting my complaint.

I also didn't want to go back to the store because management is extremely poor and had other plans already.
