Checkers greenstone mall

I went there to ask R500 cash back withdrawal from capitec ,took a coldrink and some fish .I was so disappointed when all 8 tills open telling me that they don't have R500 cash back.like really ..and the cashiers just look at you and say I don't have ..and they don't even do any means to assist you as a customer. Am complaining cos this is not the first time am getting this service from them .and it's so annoying.
