Checkers Glenfair

Good day On the 01/10/2021 I went to Checkers in Glenfair Shopping Centre, and bought their Chakalaka, The chakalala was off, I went back to return it and asked to speak to the manager as this was not the first time I bought their food and it was off, first I bought Chicken strips when I got home it was all raw and off I went in to complain but all I got was sorry, today I went in again and spoke to the manager, I was refunded the money but I had ate their Chakalaka but not all as along the way I felt something was off, am here now having a reaction, i told the Manager and he said to me if I have a reaction i must go to the doctor and bring in the doctors letter! I must spend more money again for the doctor. Please assist me on how to go about the matter as this is not the first time I have bought something thats off and nothing is done about it.
