Checkers Gateway useless bakery staff

Once again Checkers at Gateway have not failed to disappoint me . I called in this morning to order 2kgs of raw bread dough for a function I have this evening. A lady who couldnt speak english answered the phone and I managed to get the message through in my broken Zulu - she confirmed it would be ready . Of course when I got there at 12 - no one knows about my order and the rude baker just shakes his shoulders and they all look at me as if I must come up with a solution. I have ordered from Spar and collected it - what a difference in customer service.
