Checkers gateway being bias

Hi Hello peter. My wife was accused of shop lifting as she was shopping for my son's birthday. She did not realize that some items when she had placed in the cart had fell in her bag. We opted to pay for the misunderstanding however the manager was very rude. She was detained in a holding cell and upon asking for the names of the men who had he detained I was refused a name. I pulled out my phone to video record their behavior that's when I was assaulted by the security officer. I did explain I have a right to record this and that's when my hand was twisted... All of this mind you was happening in front of my 4 year old son. Please look into this matter urgently. Also take note that they refused to take a statement from her to prove her innocence
