Checkers frudulant business practises

2 weeks ago checkers online had problems with card payments. The order I placed was cancelled but eventually the amount was taken off my card. It has now been 2 weeks and still no refund. Here is my ref: Ticket: ***. I have sent 4 emails with no response. This is disgusting customer service! Please provide an update on my refund.
