Checkers Fourways Mall - Bad Treatment & Incorrect Pricing

Dear Checkers at Fourways Mall . Aside from several other issues at your store, your managers were at first kind and helpful with trying to replace the first large suitcase I had just bought. Then I discovered that I was overcharged by R200 for the cabin case. When I took this back minutes later, the manager told me that it is R599 because of the brand. I disagreed and said I will go look at the shelf price, which said R399 for nearly all cabin cases, except one other brand that was R499. He suddenly ran after me into the aisle, snapped at me that it is R599, I must either buy it at that price or get my cash back. After being so rude to me, I said of course I want my money back. That was another struggle, which continued with the staff being yelled at and the kind service counter lady being treated poorly. I also told the manager to go put the "correct price" on the shelf for that case before the next customer gets ********** - he flat ignored me Just an FYI, that same case, same colour, same size, is listed on checkers website as available at Fourways mall, at R399. Explain to me how you want to charge me the price for the Medium case at R599 for the cabin case size in store? Nearly every time that I have shopped at Checkers Fourways mall, something is marked wrong, be it by a Rand or by a couple hundred. And your treatment of your staff and customers that suddenly changes is unacceptable.
