The norm in South Africa concerning Supermarkets and Hypers is NO ACCOUNTABILITY, consumers are at the mercy of money hungry CEO's and subservient store managers who present customer service as a front, but change is always preceded by complacency, Gone are the days of genuine customer satisfaction, either you as customer praise the service and subvert justice or you will be marked as troublesome. Checkers hyper Fourways mall has no competent authority, their sixty60 delivery service is painfully overrated and even the least error is dusmessec as human error. DISGUSTING!!!!
