CHECKERS FLEURDAL MALL BLOEMFONTEIN

Hi I went to Checkers Hyper Fleurdal Mall in Bloemfontein to purchase a new Kreepy Krauly pool cleaner on Saturday 05 October 2024 .I purchased the KREEPY KRAULY SWIMVAC package .The marked price for the set was 2999,99.There were only 6 pipes in the box and i needed more .So i went to another retailer to buy additional authentic Kreepy Krauly pipes pipes as CHECKERS did not have additional ones in stock.I was so shocked and blown away to see the this retailer sells exactly the same product at 1199,99.????.I could not believe my eyes and i was furious.I was cheated and taken for a ride I also did further investigation to see at what price does it sell online.They were all priced betwee.1199,99 and 1800,00.Now i can undestand if there was maybe the odd 100,00 or 200,00 difference but 1800,00,difference?????? is in my opinion is the worst case of CUSTOMER ABUSE.SHAME ON YOU CHECKERS FLEURDAL MALL. I Have been a loyal customer at your store for over 23 years doing my daily shopping for myself and my guesthouse there and even the previous manager and staff know me by my name. This treatment is totally unacceptable .I demand an explanation from CHECKERS as to why their price differs so drastically from other retailers.Iam a regional manager in retail for over 25 years and knows exactly how the process works.
