Checkers Festival Mall is Pathetic

I have had a terrible experience at Checkers at Festival Mall. Over a month end weekend they are firstly sort staffed. I had gone to the cigarette counter for purchases but no one was available to serve me. I then enquired about this only to be told that no one is available to assist. I asked for a manager but there was no manager on duty! Further, I managed to get hold of someone - PALESA - and she had a don't care attitude. I then mentioned to her that I am going to phone Checkers head office about this experience. SHE THEN GOT HOLD OF A CHECKERS BAG AND SHOVED IT AT ME TO SAY 'HERE IS THE NUMBER - CALL THEM'!!!! If this is the attitude of Checkers, then I sincerely regret supporting you!
