Checkers false advertising Little Shop Promotion

Checkers little shop unavailability in the Rustenburg store- there was a promise made that they have ordered more stock. By12/08 /2022 NOTHING... said I must return in a few days, By 3/09/2022 - they have not received anything. I know it says while stocks last - but there was only stock in the store from 24 JUL to about 10 August. although promotion was run till 4 September. FALSE advertising. Exciting little kids with empty promises. WHY must I return to buy at Checkers if there is no loyalty to me as a customer? It is absolutely bad planning that you run a promotion and then for more than 1/2 of that period you are unable to provide the customers with what was committed. Really pathetic!!!! and then the management has the audacity to be rude to me when I ask about it as if they are doing me a favor. I am so disappointed Checkers, next promotion I will ignore and rather just support Pick & Pay that at least does not lure me to their shops with false advertising

Received an absolute generic reply from Checkers....It infuriates me even more as it sounds like giving a sweetie to a child to get them to keep quiet. a small sour sweetie that nobody wants. Thanking me for my support in making the campaign a success, WHAT, I have not even received any collectables as they have been out of stock in week 2 of a six-week campaign. hiding behind "while stocks last" to hide incompetence for bad planning, or ZERO ethics and false advertising, a rouse to get customers to come and buy from them, knowing they will not be able to deliver. Customers are not stupid, please do not send these types of replies as it belittles our intelligence.

We are sorry to hear this. The collectables have been extremely popular and created a lot of fun for our customers. Stores have reported that they are out of stock. The mini collectables were unfortunately available whilst stock last. We thank you for your support in making the campaign a success....
