Checkers excellent service

Good day<br> <br> I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the EXCELLENT service I received from Tobias at Checkers Brits Mall Branch. After complaining on the Checkers website about the poor service I received on Saturday, 27 June 2015 from another worker in the store in regards to pots I wanted to purchase, that were displayed on the shelf, but there was no stock. I received a call from Tobias on Monday, 29 June 2015 at just past 12h00. He phoned to apologize for the bad service I received and said he would see how he could help me the quickest, as I still wanted the pots. On Tuesday, 30 June 2015 before 10h00 in the morning, he phoned and said he had the pots in-store an I could come to collect. In less than 24 hours since I first spoke to Tobias, he came through for me and I couldn't be happier to write this message to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received.<br> <br> Thank you very much Tobias.
