Checkers Emporium

When the Checkers Emporium first opened it was a pleasure to shop there. The manager was always present on the floor, keen to engage with customers. He even took note of items they didn't stock and soon those items appeared on the shelves. Now it is competing with Pick 'n Pay Constantia Village to provide the worst shopping experience. Common items are out of stock, sections don't open on time, while the manager hides in his office and will only very reluctantly engage with customers. It is such a pity that a once fine and well managed store has deteriorated in this way.
