CHECKERS EMMARENTIA SHOPPING LINE - COVID RELATED

Checkers _ Emmarentia _ Johannesburg. I have laid an official complaint with their customer line and the manager, no reply, I was paying and unpacking my baskets when another customer came and stood right on top of me, i asked her to move the two meters back to the yellow line, due to covid, the shop had been announcing the safety precausions for shoppers all the time i was in the shop, she refused to and instead of moving back she started tell me to shut up and leave her alone, she doesn't care about covid, the cashier tried to ask nicely to move back she refused, i called the floor manager, to intervene and the floor manager didn't care, she walked up to the women told her to move back and then walked away, the women kept on standing there and continue telling me to shut up and mind my own business - i couldn't believe it, and she wasn't drunk, eventually i told her off and after paying i left, i was extremely distubed by the whole incident, i had just had eye surgery and was nervous, i purposedly went to the shop late when there be few people around - the completely attitude of the women was like i give you covid see if i care - just shut up she kept telling me. the floor managers attitude was she didn't care. when people are dying daily of covid now left right and centre...
