Checkers - Elgin Mall - Fridges not working, Poor Cust Serv

Bought ice-cream twice now that had defrosted in their fridges, and not removed from fridges, then tells you that they knew there was a fridge issue. Manager never at store either when going to resolve. Staff very rude. Tills not on correct date either, then staff has audacity to ask are you sure you were there on date. Very poor service, service was way better when it was a pick n pay.
