Checkers Drunk Manager

I was in checkers Ladysmith in kzn at the square shopping center. The manager by the name of Kenny a african male was ****ed drunk in uniform and demanding respect from me when i complained about double standards when it comes to service. When i asked about the phone number for the head office he grabbed my phone out of my hands because i videoed him in his state. He is an embarrassment to the company and service.

I found a number to customer service and they promised to call me back and have not done so. When i called back there is no answer. This is the standard of service we are getting in the Square Checkers. Discusting behavior from management and customer service. You cannot allow a drunk to run your store.
