Checkers dont Want to give us our Money back

<p>On the 13 April 2016 i went to checkers Sunnighaill to with draw cash from the till, it was an amount of R130</p> <p>the sms banking went off my wife phone to confirm that the amount was withdrawn, however they couldn’t give me the money due to technical issues, the manager mentioned that the money will return in my wife’s bank account the next 3 days, however that was not the case, my wife left her details as promised by the manger they will call us if the amount did show on their statement.</p> <p>Myself and my wife went to Capitec bank 2 weeks later to confirm if the amount came out of my wife bank account which it did and was confirmed.</p> <p>myself and my wife went back to the checkers to advise them that the money went off and we require whats due to us.</p> <p>they didn’t corporate as it them 30mins for then to try and get someone to help us in checkers.</p> <p>My wife left her details again and up till today we had no contact with checkers sunnighill to refund my wife’s money</p>
