Checkers doesn't care for their vegan customers

I am very very very dissatisfied with Checkers and they do not care about their customers that are vegan. I went to the Ckeckers at Mall @ Carnival and wanted to buy vegan ice-cream as they usually have and I have had it many times although it was spoiled and this was also not the first time. I called the customer service department and all they told me is sorry and that they won't do it again. I have been a supportive customer for many years through my meat-eating years to my vegan years and since I became vegan I noticed that they do not care for the vegan community as much as they do for the meat-eating people. I am absolutely shocked at how down Checkers went, the customer support to the diver of their customers. As this is not the first time that such a thing has happened, I will not support any Checkers ever again, I would rather go to Woolworths as they actually care for their customers. Thank you
