Checkers doesn't care about its customers. Shop elsewhere !

Checkers really doesn't care about its customers. Doesn't care about overcharging them at the till - happens regularly. Doesn't care about not stocking useful products which customers need - today, for example, no Dishwasher Salt, because "head office decided to discontinue it". !! Why ?!? If a customer has a dishwasher, the customer needs dishwasher salt. If you don't stock it, your customers will have to go somewhere else - and they might start doing the rest of their shopping somewhere else too. No Cardamom either - despite a fairly full range of Indian spices. Why ? Because....you guessed it, head office again. Moreover, the staff, at least a good proportion of them, react to customer queries as if they just can't be bothered. A little training would be a good idea - training in product knowledge and basic customer service. What a waste of time I had today, as a result of which I will shop somewhere else next time.
