Checkers doesn't care

Regular customer at this store and always a pleasant experience but yesterday for the first time my experience was horrible I went all the way to purchase some things after paying I decided to stop and buy some pancakes where they always do it at the entrance I asked for 4 but after 2 mins I saw they had a special on 5 so I told the lady to add 1 more and it was an issue she rolled her eyes at me and said but u only wanted 4 n I said yes but now I see ur special which u ddnt tell me about so now I want to add 1 more y is it a problem? She stood there looked at me rolled her eyes looked at me head to toe n in my trolley then she turned around n started gossiping about me in her language which I understand judging me and talking about what I bought. I went straight to the manager who did absolutely nothing no apology and just said ok I will look into the matter well checkers I must say you guys don't mind loosing our business and great customer service hey !! Honestly Pathetic !!
