deeply disappointing experience I had at Checkers Gateway Hyper on the 22nd of July 2025.

On this date, I purchased meat from your store, only to discover shortly afterward that it was rotten. I returned to the store and reported this issue to Leah, who identified herself as the Fresh Food Manager. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concern with professionalism, she outright dismissed my complaint and insisted that there was nothing wrong with the meat in the store. Her attitude was not only dismissive but entirely lacking in basic customer service courtesy.

Following this, another staff member was sent to exchange the product. I was given a replacement of the same item — again, without any apology, acknowledgement of the inconvenience, or offer of compensation.

This experience has left me absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I expect higher standards from a brand like Checkers, especially when it comes to food safety and customer care.
