Checkers Delivery - what a joke

I pre-ordered Alcohol on the 25th of May 2020 for delivery in Level 3 and have been phoning since Monday the 1st of June 2020. I was contacted by their manager Mr Duwayne Pike and promised delivery yesterday. I have left numerous messages for him to call me back and he hasn't bothered? Why do I have to beg for something I paid for?
