Checkers delays claim for Prescription

On 8 January 2023 my 73 yr aunt slipped and fell on fish oil that was spilt on the floor. Checkers Weltevreden investigated the matter and issued a claim number. They then claimed it was the fault of the cleaning company. They then handed the claim over to the cleaning company Braitspan. Braitspan then took it apon themselves to victimize and threaten my aunt. Also accussed her that this incident is not what she claims. Checkers has has so far not even once assist my aunt in this matter. They have taken no responsibility in the matter or advised in anyway. Braitspan insurers Brinksure has used delay tactics and has avoided making contact. After many emails Brinksure rep**** with unsurety about what was being claimed for. Even though a report was forward with doctors reports and expenses after the matter to the insurer.

In all this time Checkers proprietors have not tried to assist my aunt in anyway. The Regional Managers have not rep**** and not once has checkers checked up on the claim.

In all this time Checkers has not assisted there customer and expect the customer to defend their claim that the cleaning company is liable. If checkers claims the cleaning company is at fault why have they not defended this matter.
