CHECKERS DECEMBER ****MING

I went to make a purchase at Checkers Somerset West. Once the purchase was made the receipt did not print so the teller and customer service agent insisted I would receive a payment reversal despite the fact that messages showed a deduction. However they made me wait in store for 15 minutes thereafter Iafe a 2nd payment and they reassured me I would be refunded the next day should I produce the bank statements. I came in the next day to produce the statements and waited a further hour even after showing my transactions were both successful So the customer is put at a disadvantage by their time and petrol being wasted instead of a refund being issued immediately. I feel this is extremely pathetic service.
