Checkers Davenport Poor service delivery

I am shocked at how Checkers Davenport is deteriorating in Quality..I have an issue every week and today is the last..we order on 60/60 regular and if we get the stuff in an hour it's a miracle..I place an oder at 16.48 and they say I will receive at 17.50..the system then changes it without me knowing to arrive at 18.50..2 hours later!! And it's not the first time..I understand busy and a mistake now and then..but this branch doesn't get much right...then the staff that answer to the query!! Oh my God..no knowledge of the systems..no customer care ability..and absolutely no remorse for the stores incapabilities..They make you sound like a total idiot when you call them...I will never shop here again!! I will rather lose money at Spar and Woolies.
