Checkers Customer Service is REALLY BAD 😡

On average I spend +- R5000 per Month at Checkers Horison View at The Village Shopping Centre in Roodepoort. Over the last 6 to 9 Month the service has deteriorated so much that I am really and truly considering moving my business to another retailer e.g. Pick & Pay or Woolies. I know R5000 per month for Checkers is not much to them but I do expect to be treated properly. I was going to send this a while back but today's experience just tipped the top. I stood in the money market queue for about 30 minutes and there were only 3 people in from of me. When I enquired about what is going on the cashier seemed to take offence and took her own time to help. To be honest it seems like it was on purpose. This is not the first time this has happened to me. The service in general is really and truly bad. Your customer is never acknowledged and the cashiers are always having discussions either with the till packer or the next cashier. You would swear they compete for who serves the least amount of customers per day 😡
