Checkers customer service - Boulevard Square Brackenfell Cape Town

Customer service at Checkers is absolutely terrible. I had a complaint in October after which Checkers asked me when will be a suitable time to contact me. I asked them to phone me after 3pm in the afternoon as I am working. They tried to phone me ONCE at 10am in the morning - I obviously didn't answer the phone - and never heard from them again. Only a Facebook message saying that they could not get hold of me... Really?!?!

Yesterday (18/12/2019) I bought a packet of Lancewood grated mozerella cheese from the same Checkers store. I only opened it this morning and the Best Before date is only 26/01/2020. There was mould growing in the packet. Contacted Checkers again and they told me they will contact me. Knowing Checkers and their promises I got into my car and drove to the shop with the cheese. The manager was not available and the lady who assisted me asked me what do I want them to do... I left my contact details and asked her that the manager must please contact me (as she said he will be back later) - still waiting.

One can not complain about service if there aren't any service I suppose??

Really disappointed.
