Hi My name is Enock, my cellphone number is ***. I bought an appliance a panini press platinum last year at checkers Hyper Eastgate Bedfordview on the 22 November 2022. The product handle broke. This year I took back for replacement or repairs I was told by Branch manager Nick that he won't replace this item because I broke it and is my negligence.I asked him who the supply is he refused to give the supplier name Due to my frustration he said I must Google. Please customers don't buy electrical staff at Checkers because there are hidden defects and Checkers don't want to take responsibility. I called customer service and they said don't won't assist me either I must take my product to to local repairer Bedford appliance. In other words I must just take my item and voetsek. Please help not happy at all.
