Checkers Creata Mall has a bully Supervisor - classist towards customers

I have never been so humiliated, I was at Checkers Cresta Mall on the 23rd, shopping with my last money just so my family and I can have a decent lunch for Christmas, I really had a bad experience let alone that I could have went to any other grocery store, at paypoint (till) scanned all my goods next thing I paid using card then on the machine my payment approved on their side they said they can't give me the goods my card wasn't approved, mind u I was the only black person on the line, then supervisor was called she literally scream that I don't have money on my account embarrassing me in front of other people on the line. I was very devastated by how classiest she was towards me. Clearly I looked poor to her. Then she left me there without even trying to calm the situation down all I needed was a decent Christmas for my family. That was my last money.

Then a lady called Shonell came, ND she explained but that wasn't enough - She never even asked for my number... She pulled paper and said I should call her on store number - had to be the one calling the store begging for my own money and proof they they didn't get my money and asking if their system is updated cos I need my money back,my money is off my account still, poor service etiquette. I'm so disappointed that our Christmas was spoiled. Il never in my entire life buy from Checkers ever or even recommend Checkers again.

Up until today no one has called nor updated me about what happened . I have also opened a case with my bank.. Train your staff not to be classist and undermining, then the nerve of that supervisor walking away with bad attitude telling other cashiers that my card declined I don't have money. Wow
