Checkers cornubia Rotten meat

am honestly shaken writing this. We purchased ribs from Checkers Cornubia, expecting a simple family meal — instead, it turned into something out of a nightmare. The ribs were clearly rotten. The smell hit us before we even took a bite — sour, putrid, and unmistakably off. Unfortunately, my dad ate some before realising just how bad they were. Within hours, he became extremely ill. We’re talking severe stomach pain, nausea — it was genuinely frightening to watch. No one should have to worry that a meal from a well-known store could make a loved one that sick. This wasn’t just “not fresh” — this felt dangerous. Food like that should never be on shelves, let alone sold to customers. I cannot stress this enough: please check your food carefully if you shop here, or better yet, avoid buying meat from this location entirely. What happened to us should never happen to anyone else.
