Checkers competition waste of time

This bad review is specifically about the XXL competition Checkers is currently running. I won an instant prize on one of their scratch cards but twice I tried to redeem the prize and failed, the cashiers didn’t seem to know how to do the transaction and one of them even seemed irritated when I told her that I wanted to redeem my prize. This competition is a waste of time. You cannot redeem the instant prizes in-store
