Very displeased with the customer service and treatment by the manager. On19 July 2020 , I went to purchase a variety of goods for Sunday lunch including a milk tart. After our lunch we opened the milk tart and cut 4 pieces for the kids which constituted half if the tart. The kids complained that it was sour, upon inspection I noted that it had already curdled despite the sell by date being 21 July 2020. I put it in the packet with the receiptand stored in the fridge. I was only able to make it to the store on 22 July on my off day. Upon arrival I explained the events of Sunday and tgat the milk tart was sour and curdled, the initial response I received was a questioning on why there is only half a tart. I explained yet again- the manager was very dismissive, no customer service etiquette and came across as if I was a bother. He then told the staff member assisting to give me half a milk tart back because I had clearly eaten the other half. It was not a nice exchange and will be changing the checkers I frequent because he made me feel like garbage. Customer service needs much work. I will only be going back to get his full name, i assume is Milton Wessels.Thank you
