Checkers & Checkers hyper competitions

The competitions at Checkers & Checkers hyper are false advertising. They encourage entering and all, I even received a message confirming that I won in one of their competitions but they still haven't contacted me for the price even after communicating with their customer service on several occasions. I'm really disappointed
