Checkers Chartwell Corner Bad Attitude

Thank you Checkers Chartwell Corner for reminding me why I don’t usually shop at Checkers. I had a basket of 8 items which I placed on the counter of teller Nokwanda Mdluli. She folded her arms and told me that it’s not her job to unpack the basket. She insisted that this is their company policy. After paying I I found the manageress in her office stuffing her face with food. She didn’t stop eating and neither did she arise from her chair when I addressed her. This is the level of customer service offered by a brand desperate to compete with the likes of Woolworths.
