CHECKERS CENTURION MALL ROTTEN SERVICE.

Checkers in Centurion Mall is generally dedicated to giving undiluted inexcusably horrible service. But in this instance, they outdid themselves.

Since there's a PicknPay and a Checkers in the mall, I would normally do not mind which of the 2 I go to. This was right until last month, when I just couldn't take it anymore

I was in the queue at Checkers. When I got to the teller the electricity went out(in the whole mall) and the manager said aloud, to our teller, "don't open your till these 'boys' will ***** all of your money and run out." by boys she was referring to my colleague and I who'd gone for lunch...

As if that was not enough when the electricity was back, the card facilities were still booting (or so we were told after being told that something is either wrong with me or my card)... After 3 attempts, nothing. I had to add one item from one of my colleagues during all of this, after which the gentleman at the till said "you are wasting time for the customers." - pointing to a queue of 2 people. I guess my colleagues and I are not seen as customers, rather as common ******* and I have been upset by this for the whole month. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I normally grin and bare it with bad service but this was just insulting. I have gone to checkers once since (and only out of desperation). Even then I was ignored at the till because a group of 6 staff members was too busy gossiping about another one. I stood there ignored until the chapter of gossip was done...

It's a pity that the shop is becoming really beautiful but the rot is inside already.
