Checkers Cattle-Man rib-eye not quality as expected

We purchased some Cattle Man rib-eye from Checkers Okavango and were looking forward to a lovely meal. However, we were disappointed due to the quality of the meat, it was difficult to cut, couldn't properly chew it and it was just very tough overall. Did not expect that from the quality they usually provide and the price, and will not purchase it again -not worth the extra money spent on expecting a quality piece of meat. Rather support the butcher in the future.
