Checkers cashier did not give me my winnings of R41.60 Mossel Bay

Today when I got the chance to go and get my daily lotto at Checkers , Bayside Mossel Bay , Crn Bland & Arm Street. The cashier was on at the till, so I waited for her. I had my 6 ticket that I had played before, so I wanted to play again. She took my 6 tickets to check my winnings. "She asked me if I wanted to play again, " Yes I said. Without showing me if I had any winning tickets or ticket. So I played 2 daily lotto and 1 National lotto. And I also got myself the Hollywood token. Total cost R76. Before I could even finish getting another Hollywood token she was busy with someone behind me, as I was still buying. So I took my tickets and left, this lady was rude and she didn't give me the winning from the old tickets that was R41,60. She gave me the tickets that showed that I had won but not the money.
