Checkers Cape Gate Staff Laughing and Talking Instead while customers are waiting to be served (PHOTO)

<p>At 13:26 yesterday,I visited the moneymarket at Checkers,Cape Gate.We were over 20 people in the queue waiting to be served.</p> <p>After 30 minutes of waiting I investigated and saw that only 2 people were assiting at the counter.The other 3 uniformed Checkers staff members were standing behind the money market counter leaning on the counter talking and laughing aware that alot of customers are waiting,but thy dont care!I went to the stores admin office where I advised a lady and a man with dreadlocks about the situation,they said they will come to have a look.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unpofessional,unacceptable behaviour.Work or go to the tea room to laugh and talk.</p> <p>When the manager with the dreadlocks came and spoke to them,all of a sudden 2, more tills opened!</p> <p> </p> <p>Mismanagement!Checkers you need to provide better customer service,Shoprite group is going down the drain due to lack of customet service!</p>
