Checkers cancels online order

I ordered a platter online for pick up on the 6th of April. Today is the 25th of March and I received an email stating that my order has been collected.This order was placed 2 weeks ago for the 6th of April and now Im unsure if my order has been cancelled or what. I called the store and the lady cannot tell me anything as she doesnt even see my order being placed. This is concerning that my order can just be cancelled and we can be left stranded just like that. I need this rectified
