Checkers Canal Walk is Not Safe

Hi So Checkers Canal Walk my daughter was pick pocket in the store ,when we went to Telkom they said it's not yhe 1st time a customer comes to block there phones and a same incidents occurred a few times ! Went to the manager one sent me to another Eugene promised me he will email head office and he would get back to a week later I went he was on leave,Spoke to Sankelwa she promises Regional Manger will call me in 30min she was nice gave me her number then when I messaged her she blocked me ...it's been 3 weeks now they still have contacted me or message me to even apologize for what happens in this store and how unsafe it is ...
