Checkers can't confirm stock levels

<p>I contacted Checkers via their enquiry portal on their website on 14 March 2017 to confirm stock level of a Coleman camping chair from any store in KZN. The Customer Complaints Officer, Alize Feris, confirmed that no store in KZN had no stock.</p> <p>I went into Checkers Hyper in Galleria, Amanzimtoti on 26 March 2017 and found at least 30 chairs in stock on the shelf in plain sight.</p> <p>It's pathetic that a simple stock level enquiry cannot be answered causing me to waste a lot of time trying to source this chair elsewhere!</p>
