Checkers build a store promotion toys

I went to checkers mall of the north to buy groceries and i expected yo get the "build a store" promotion toys...and to my surprise they told me they are all finished but the peomotion ends tomorrow..so i wanted to lodge a complaint and i had to wait for the manger in her office for over 45minutes until i decided to go home without any response on how can such happen..i have been collecting toys for my child and today im desappointed of how i got treated.
