Checkers brackenhurst poor staffing

Checkers brackenhurst.

I'm at the till today, ask the cashier if i can order pancakes. She goes and ask the cook, and lets me order. The lady cooking them messes them up 4 times, 15 mins later i can see she is struggling and i ask her if i should rather get a refund. She says yes please.

I arrive at the sigarette counter to ask for my R16 refund. Those ladies pass the slip here and there, another 10 mins later, now i must first fill in a page for the refund. Im leaving in the first place due to time constraints, and now i must complete a page for R16. Seriously, overprocessing much?

Worst of all, their staff all looks like they have seen a ghost, not one of them are trained to handle a upset customer. Cant checkers have atleast one trained well spoken manager on duty?
