Checkers Brackenhurst City Pathetic Service by teller (Thembisile Radebe)

14th June 2024: Checkers Brackenhurst City *** Pathetic service at Checkers Brackenhurst Square by a teller. Teller name Thembisile Radebe. Teller uninterested in her job, showed no customer service to the people in line. Did not bother to tell the customers what was the hold up in the line and did not put up the “closed” sign for the till. Instead turned her back to the customers in line and ridiculed them to her colleague in vernacular. Proceeded to speak vernacular with her colleague and customer ridiculing the other customers in line. When Thembisile was questioned about her lack of professionalism she was uninterested in her response. No manager on the floor to intervene and rectify the situation. This will also be reported in the local news paper the “Alberton Record” as this is bad PR for the Checkers brand to have employees that cannot be professional about their job and conduct themselves in a suitable manner.
