Checkers Brackenfell terrible service

Checkers had a sale on their Platinum 4.5L Airfryer. I have been trying to get one ever since i saw the special from the 10th of May until 16 May i was trying to call the store to find out if they had stock. I mailed their customer care line to please let me know when they have stock which never happened. I mailed them again and a very nice lady ended up calling me. Shen went out of her way to arrange for the manager at checkers Brackenfell to sell it to me for the special price as it ended on 16 May. So the arrangement was my husband go to the store and ask for this lady as the other manager is on leave.

My husband got there at 9am this morning ended up waiting a whole 30min in the store after it was announced that there is someone waiting for this manager in front. She never showed up and he left at 09.30am. I called the store to speak to this lady and was told she is there but she's somewhere in the store and call me back i said no thanks its fine. I ended up calling customer care who still made excuses for this lady i ended up dropping the line.

I mailed the lady who made the arrangement yesterday and explained the whole situation.

She called me back. Apparently the lady who the arrangement was with only started at 10am this morning. AND NO ONE IN THE STORES KNEW THIS!! How do you not know what time a manager in s store start work for the day. Even i was told she is there and that was at 09.30am.

Terrible terrible service once again from checkers brackenfell. After all the phone calls line that was dropped in my ear all the emails still no airfryer. You have lost another customer.
