CHECKERS BOULEVARD SQUARE BRACKENFELL

This is the third time that I have wanted to either purchase or order from the Checkers Bakery - Boulevard square in Brackenfell. The staff are SO RUDE and not helpful at all. I just called to put in an order thinking I would try again, The phone just rang, then I got a rude lady saying we are busy and left it there - not can I take a message, would you like to hold again, NOTHING, I then asked to speak to a manager, she then SCREAMS into the phone for someone, my ear is still ringing. The guy then comes to the phone, he is not a manager as I had requested, I was then left holding for about 10 minutes, no one came to the phone.

Even the tellers with previous experience is so miserable and rude - on another occasion another lady I requested assistance from just said "I don't know" and walked away, when I tried to see what her name badge said, she hid it from me and walked off.

I will now be looking for other sites to report this shop's bad behaviour and will continue to share my bad experiences with everyone and every possible site.
