Checkers Boardwalk Richard's Bay

I have been a Checkers customer for a long time. I am 70 years old. Today was the worst experience of my life and so embarrassing. Shovan at Checkers, Boardwalk in Richard's Bay made me feel like a ******** and she took my Checkers reward card away from me. Initially it was my fault. I left my one card at home and had to try and make up for my purchase with my other cards but found I was a little short. My payments o. The cards had all gone through but as I was short I asked that they take a few items off so I would have enough to cover my purchase. They then reversed my payments AFTER I had made an enquiry whether the reversal would be immediate or impact on swiping my card again. I was assured the reversal would be immediate. It was not!!!! The reversal will now take 24 to 48 hours to reflect so I was prevented from making any more purchases. I live over 45 km away, but that did not phase them. My initial.purchase was approved but due to the reversal I could not re-swipe my card. I left with no purchases and no indication from my banks that the reversal had taken place. Making me extremely uncomfortable. I would have accepted it had the supervisor said that the reversal would not reflect immediately and this would likely be a problem with a further purchase. Shovan handled the situation in a disfainful, superior manner and was awful. Why did she take away my Checkers rewards card?
